Sewage leak in Basement Locker Room (West Tower)

We are monitoring the situation closely.

If you are affected, we’d like to hear from you.

There have been a number of leaks from sewage pipes into tenant lockers in recent years.

On August 5, 2025, there was an unusually large sewage leak, which sprayed several lockers, their contents, and their floors with raw sewage.

Although nearly 2 months have passed, we have not heard of anyone being reimbursed for damages. Nor have we heard of the management making appropriate cleaning arrangements for the affected locker floors or cages. A tenant has said that management has ignored their communications for weeks.

We are monitoring the situation closely, and would like to hear from you if the leak damaged your property or coated your locker cage or locker floor.

    Was your locker in the basement or sub-basement? Or was it somewhere in the East Tower?

    Have you reported the damages to management?
    (if not, we suggest you do so ASAP and keep a copy. If using “Building Stack”, keep a separate copy of correspondence as it tends to get deleted from the site).

    Has management communicated with you well throughout the ordeal?

    Has management reimbursed you for the damages?

    Has management cleaned up your locker cage and locker floor?
