PARK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRIES TO CRUSH 66 ISABELLA TENANTS ASSOCIATION
Landlord threatens to evict founder & Co‑chair Bernie Fitzpatrick for sharing information
“It is an offence under Ontario Law to intimidate, harass, or obstruct someone from executing their duties as a member of a Tenants’ Association (Residential Tenancies Act, Section 233). I am pursuing this eviction threat as harassment and obstruction.
“The right to distribute information is an essential part of running a Tenants’ Association. I stand in defiance of these demands by the landlord to stop communicating with our tenants. I will continue to disseminate information, as I challenge these illegal threats and intimidation tactics with the full force of the Ontario Landlord-Tenant Board and the provincial Rental Housing Enforcement Unit.” ~Co-chair Bernie Fitzpatrick

We will never share your info with management or third parties.

NEW!
CC: us on your complaints!

If you are having trouble getting action from the management, or have any other complaint, please

We can help move things along, and we really need this data for enacting change and preparing quarterly “report cards” for the management.
Use of email is strongly preferred to using the website “Building Stack”, since with email you keep a record, while with Building Stack your communications disappear. Email addresses for the Community Manager and the Property Manager are posted in every hallway in the building.
Don’t want to receive paper communications? Got it!
Thank you for saving the trees!
