Draft Agenda for Meeting Thursday October 9, 2025 – Library/Lounge (West Tower, 1st Floor)

The key goals of this meeting are to setup the organization, start conversations around tenant problems and solutions, and elect an executive.

The meeting will use a speakers list, and tenants will speak in order. Only one tenant may speak at a time. To have your name added to the speakers list, raise your hand and state your name clearly.

    1. Remarks from the provisional chair (1 minute)
    2. Volunteers appointed to keep the speakers list (1 minute)
    3. Modifications/additions to the agenda (1 minute)
    4. Adoption of the agenda (1 minute)
    5. Confidence vote in the provisional chair to run the meeting (only until the Chief Returning Officer (CRO) takes over for executive elections) (1 minute)
    6. Adoption of the name “66 Isabella Tenant Association of Toronto” (1 minute)
    7. Appointment of the Chief Returning Officer (1 minute)
    8. Discussing the issues with 66 Isabella Street
      1. Remarks from the provisional chair (1 minute)
      2. Listing of all the issues to be discussed (3 minutes)
      3. Assigning max. time to each issue (1 minute)
      4. Discussion (20 minutes)
        1. Any and all issues! We’ll discuss your issue.
